Problem: A PT 2.0 account was created, upon login, account is automatically logged out often.
Solution 1: Please ensure to connect to a stable network, that does not keep changing IP; then try logging in again.
Solution 2: One log-in credential being used by multiple users could also be the root-cause of the problem
Solution 3: Change the password and refrain from sharing credentials to multiple users
