Most probably this error happened because you sent in the request payload one of the currencies that the PayTabs does not support yet

You can investigate the reason for such an error from the "API debug log" by navigating to the Developers > Testing > API Debug Logs (within your desired profile).

Or you may get the error directly from the response payload received according to your sent request.



Reason #1: Not a supported currency in PayTabs yet


 This means that you are sending a currency code in the request payload that is not supported yet in PayTa. You need to check the list of currencies that are configured in your profile.


To add new currency to your profile please contact us with the list of the desired currencies you want to support at (customercare@paytabs.com), providing the profile Id, along with the country your busines operates in.
