PayTabs plugins make the integration with the PayTabs payment gateway very easy by providing a ready-made and easy-to-install plugin that enables you to be ready and go with a few steps to get you up and running with your business.
After you have installed and activated the plugin successfully, as clarified in the last step (Step 1 - Setup and activate the integration method), for Xero, there aren't many configurations, as the integration connection is initiated directly between Xero and your PayTabs account. The only thing you can manage is to select the Paytabs Payment methods, as shown below :
- From Your Xero Dashboard, navigate to Business ->> Invoices
- To create a new invoice click "New Invoice"
- Fill the needed inputs
- Select the Online Payments
Then Make sure to choose the Paytabs (name may differ as input on activation step "3.1")
- Make sure to select a currency that is accepted in your Paytabs merchant profile, before "Approve & email"
This will show up a sending email form as follows
