(D): 352 - Live trading not enabled

Most probably this error happened because either you are still in the onboarding stage and you are trying to perform live transactions (through a live profile) that are not accepted in the PayTabs system.

How to investigate the reason that caused this error?


Inside your PayTabs merchant dashboard, navigate to the transactions panel and then you can choose the declined transaction and check the "Response Code" in the transaction screen as shown below:



Reason: Performing a live transaction while you didn't finish the onboarding phase.


In this case, you will need to contact your account manager regarding this or send an email to (customercare@paytabs.com).


Once the status of your account (Trading Status) becomes accepted, you will be able to proceed with your transactions normally.
