Reports
This section provides relevant data for the operations, financial and marketing aspects of the business. It includes key metrics such as order statistics, revenue figures, associated fees, Review statistics, and visits to your social media accounts.
Access The "Reports" section directly from your "Admin Panel" as shown in the below screenshot.
Your Order & Revenue Stats
This section provides an overview of your orders and revenue in addition to the refunds done and your account fees. To view the relevant details, simply select your preferred date range and click “Update.”
- In the Orders section, you can see the total number of orders you’ve received, categorized by the Pay Now and Pay Later options.
- In the “Orders By Type” section, you can view the number of orders placed within the selected date range, categorized by type: Dine-In, Pick-Up, or Delivery (Remote Pick-Up).
- For Revenue Section, you can view your Gross and Net revenues, Total Taxes and Total Tips Amount.
- Via the Refunds section, you will be able to see the total amount that has been refunded, including any Tax, Tips.
- Finally, you can view your account's fees via the Fees section.
Tips Per Employee
This section shows you how much tips each employee collected during a given time period.
Your Review Stats
This section shows you the number of users who clicked on the "Google" and "Yelp review" buttons in your review emails.
Social Media Visits
This section shows you the number of times users visited your website or social media pages from TAPn'GO page, in case you have previously linked your social media accounts.
Insights
The below part provides a comprehensive guide to accessing and interpreting valuable insights from your Admin Panel. By navigating to the “Insights” section, you can explore various categories such as Orders, Tips, and Menu Views, among others.
The process is straightforward: select a category, specify a date range, and click “Update” to generate detailed graphs that reveal trends and patterns. For instance, by examining the “Orders” category, you can uncover information about bestselling items, peak ordering times, and customer preferences. This data-driven approach empowers you to make informed decisions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Accessing Insights
- You can go to "Insights" Section from your Admin Panel directly.
- Then Select one of the below categories to explore a range of categories that provide critical information about customer behavior and preferences:

- Then move to the desired section
- Select a specific date range
- Click on "Update"
