What happens to refunds if customer card gets expired/ closed out?
The refunds will be declined by PayTabs since a valid and active card is necessary for the refund transaction.  As a result, the merchant should arrange for the refund to be processed offline, whether through a bank transfer, issuing a voucher, or providing cash to the customer.
