In this article, you will learn how to update/change bank account details in the PayTabs dashboard. 



To change or update your bank account in PayTabs dashboard, please follow the below steps:

  1. Login to the merchant dashboard.
  2. On the home page, click on the details icon on the top right.


  3. Choose "Merchant details" option from the drop-down list. 



  4. Click on "Bank Detail" section, then click on the plus sign (+) to add a new bank account or you can update the current bank account details.




  5. Once the bank account details are updated, click on the "Document Details" section and scroll down under "Banks section" to upload the bank statement under the newly added bank account details. 




  6. Once completed,  click on submit and email our customer care team (customercare@paytabs.com) to review the bank details and proceed with approval.

  7.  once approved, your bank account details will be updated on your merchant account. 


Multiple bank accounts with different currencies can be added to the same merchant account.
