Refunding mada transactions


1- Before 30 days passes of the date of the transaction:

    Refund is done directly from your merchant Dashboard.

    If the Refund is not going through, please make sure that the refund feature is activated for your account.

    If in doubt, please send an email to: customercare@paytabs.com , to serve you better, please make sure to add your MID and store name to the email.


2- After 30 days passes of the date of the transaction:

     It has to be done manually (based on the acquirer's terms and conditions), Please follow the steps:

     A- Fill in the attached letter

     B-  Send the form in an email to: customercare@paytabs.com, to serve you better, please make sure to add your MID, transaction number and store name to the email. 



Please note that the settlement of the refund in your cardholder's (customer's) bank account might take up to 2-3 weeks.
