(E): 402 - Error connecting to service provider

Most probably this error happened cause of an error that occurred while Paytabs tries to connect to the service provider (processors and acquiring banks), the reasons vary from one transaction to another.


The best way to know what is the issue exactly (if it still persists) to contact the technical support team on (customercare@paytabs.com) and ask for their assistance.
