Risky merchant is an option available in Paymes Social Commerce for some merchants/transactions that might be marked manually by our legal team as "Risky" (according to the local legal requirements).
The buyer of the merchant will receive a confirmation link for all sales transactions made by this merchant, so the buyer can confirm that he received the product/service from this merchant or report a problem with this purchase, or report if this transaction wasn't done by him.
Buyer response scenarios :
If the buyer approves the purchase > the transaction will be proceeded with no issues.
If the buyer reports a problem > this will be delivered to the team internally so they can investigate the issue.
If the buyer didn't respond to the link > the transaction will be approved automatically after 24 hrs.
