PayTabs Merchants can request for temporary suspension due to some business needs , you can perform that once every calendar year.
The maximum duration for your account to be suspended for only 60 calendar days (2 billing cycles), after that it will be closed automatically if no re-activation request has been submitted within the suspension period.
The outstanding balance must be cleared/paid before applying for temporary suspension
