Merchant dashboard allows the user to extract transactions report to get information about financial transactions including sales, declines, and cancelled transactions.
The report lists each transaction by transaction reference, type, class, Merchant ID, Date, Currency, amount, status... etc.
In this article you will learn how to extract the reports for the current/existing transactions:
Transactions Tab
After you get to the "transactions" page , click the search button ,then choose one of the 2 options :Quick or Advanced search to find any of the existing transactions.
Advanced Search:
This allows you to set a date and search with more features. Only with a range of dates that does not exceed 45 days.
Please find the below detailed instructions for the reports:
- Go to the "Transactions" tab ,then click on the search sign then click on the " Advanced" tab .
- you can choose any field you want and search.
- once you get the results, you can filter them in the system or download them as Excel or CSV. file.
For the Filter option, you can filter by Authorized only, Cart ID, Email & Date.
Quick Search:
This allows you to search by (CartID, Email, Phone, Transaction Ref, Auth code, Service Ref) as shown below, only within a month
To choose the layout of the exported transactions , set the layout and select from "Reports" tab >Export layout > then choose of one your Layouts that you previoulsy set.
