The Profile Tab allows you to access your profile information, edit some invoice options, and switch between different profiles.

Switch between your profiles


Every account has a test profile by default that is automatically created at the time of registration. Once the account is activated, a live profile is created.

Note: Your merchant account can have multiple live/ test profiles or a group of profiles.



From the profile menu, you can switch between your profiles (you can do the same from the dashboard home screen as well)


 

After clicking on the branch at the top of the page, you will then have to choose the profile ID to switch to the desired profile 



Profile Information


From the profile menu, you can view the current logged profile information as detailed below:

Predefined Invoice Product   
If you need to create multiple invoices for the same product, you can set the predefined Invoice product to save the information of this product instead of refilling the same information each time, such as the SKU, Description, or price.

Predefined Customers 
If you have regular customers and would like to save your time by auto-filling specific customer details you can use this option.

Custom invoice label


This is an option that allows you to make "Customer Reference", "Invoice Reference", and "Expiration Date" mandatory to be filled or not based on your business needs. Also, you can change the name of these labels.

Email configuration


This shows if you are using your own SendGrid account in sending transactions' receipts and invoices. If it's showing "No", this means that your invoices are sent to your customers with PayTabs SendGrid with (noreply@paytabs.com).

Payment Methods and Currencies

The profile tab also allows you to view the available currencies and payment methods enabled on your profile.

To add any additional currencies and payment methods you shall send a request via email to: customercare@paytabs.com, noting that they are subject to the availability and the approval of the concerned parties.
